LWC has extensive experience in the assessment of land management (site contamination) for a range of clientele, from ‘mum and dad’ property developers to state and commonwealth government and multi-nationals.
LWC’s core expertise, experience and technical strength is in the assessment, management and remediation of contaminated land and groundwater. We apply an integrated, multi-disciplinary scientific, engineering and legislative approach to the management of contaminated land and water and have considerable experience in undertaking all stages of environment assessment, assessment of risk and remediation.
Our work is undertaken in accordance with the requirements of state legislation and national guidance (i.e. the National Environment Protection (Assessment of Site Contamination) Measure 1999 as amended 2013).
We understand the sensitivity required when dealing with land management issues. The process of understanding the condition of your land can be very confusing and daunting. We aim to make the process easy to understand, and provide robust and practical solutions, where issues occur.
Our staff include a Certified Site Contamination Practitioner, who provides technical direction and review, noting most Local Authorities and Regulators now require any submitted report to have been ‘signed off’ by a certified practitioner.
